2. Services Provided

Elite Interior provides interior design services including but not limited to:

• Modular Kitchen Design & Installation
• Custom Wardrobe & Furniture
• False Ceiling & Gypsum Work
• Painting & Wall Finishes
• Flooring & Tiles Installation
• Wall Panelling & Louvers
• Electrical & Plumbing Work

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Site conditions and measurements
• Material selection and availability
• Additional requirements requested by client
• Labor charges and site location

4. Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms are as follows:

• 50% Advance Payment at the time of order booking
• 25% Payment after 50% work completion
• 25% Payment before final delivery
• Payments accepted via: UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash, Card

5. Delivery Timeline

Standard project timelines:

• 2-3 BHK Home Interiors: 30-45 days
• Modular Kitchen: 15-20 days
• Custom Wardrobe: 10-15 days
• False Ceiling: 5-7 days

6. Warranty

We provide warranty on our work:

• 1 Year Warranty on workmanship
• 5 Years Warranty on modular kitchen hardware
• Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or neglect

7. Cancellation & Refund

In case of project cancellation:

• Cancellation before work start: 90% refund
• Cancellation after 25% work: 50% refund
• Cancellation after 50% work: No refund

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Elite Interior and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Elite Interior shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
